Maybe I’m wrong, but local law enforcement prevails over any other police action, including federal. We need a legal type to comment.

The upside of this bill as well as the others in other states is that the county sheriff who arrests feds for attemopted enforcement of unconstitutional laws is put on the short list for governor of their respective state.
