“we all know they do this to cause it to fail and create a clamor for single payer...”

This new law should begin to blow up just a few months into it, that’s when the braintrust in congress will trot their butts out in front of the TV cameras to let us all know that THEY have a solution, its called single payer. It’ll fix everything. Just think, Government Hospital, Government Clinic, Government Drug Store and free scooters for everyone

You understand of course, SoConPubbie, that a state may try something like this, but the Federal Government may not? You know this, right? As much as I hate that Romney pushed this off on his state, states are the individual laboratories under our Federalism system.

The Fedgov is supposedly limited. They don't act like it, but the limits are specified in writing, in the Constitution. They're just violating what they swore to uphold.

>>Next time, it is imperative, that we as conservatives educate everyone we know about the progressive liberal records/nature of the next “annointed” GOP-E candidate.<<

Better get started yesterday because the “front runners” according to the Whig elite are Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio. What are they going to run against? Amnesty - Pro? Death care - Pro? Spending - Pro?

And Rubio wasn’t even born here. Might as well run Putin or Sarkozy. It won’t matter anyway; what with all the voter fraud. The RATs could run a yellow dog and win.

“What?? You aren’t going to pay $20,000 to insure your family of five? You are in BIG trouble! You are hereby fined $1,000, plus, you are going to have free health care! How do you like THAT punishment? Bet you’ll think twice about doing this again next year, won’t you!”

ObamaCare was modeled after RomneyCare.

It’s going to be hard to collect that fine from all the freeloaders that make up the base of the democRAT party. Part of the redistribution plan, I reckon...

Everybody knew several things about Romney ~ 1. that he invented ObamaKKKare, and favored all of the abuses, 2. that he invented the gay marriage orgy, and 3. that he favored homosexual Boy Scouts.

What's not to like about this guy eh (/s)

DId somebody say Karl Rove is unable to form permanent relationships with women?

john said it was all a big tax ~ so there's little or no room for executive branch administrative discretion. if Congress forgot to set an amount on a critical factor ~ like what's an insurance policy 'sposed to be worth ~ then Congress would need to do that ~ not IRS.

I see john once again reminding them that it's a tax so they'll need to see the House of Representatives about that.

See how subtle the roberts rule was ~ if it's a tax, see Congress for any changes.

The whole point of 0bammycare was that Bill Smith would pay for the healthcare for Lashawandawanda’s 5 kids by 6 men.

Was that in the original bill? Excuse me?

The original bill was a setup to allow the IRS and other appointed czars to define what it really meant. The original Bill, ugly as it is, was only a stepping stone to make the government unaccountable as it pushed nu-Constitutional punishments on the People - an end-run around the Law and the Constitution. Roberts should be tarred and feathered and run out of the country for his twisted approval.

Next time, it is imperative, that we as conservatives educate everyone we know about the progressive liberal records/nature of the next “annointed” GOP-E candidate.

What good will it do? During the 2012 primary, I was practically infamous for posting Romney's dismal record on FR, and no one did more to sound the alarm than poster Diogenesis. The old man himself did his best for years to warn this community about Romney.

All to no avail. In the end, any conservative who stuck to their principles, was pilloried and reviled for doing so.

Romney care was state specific the thought was if you did not like it you could move to another state with Obamacare there is no moving away from it.
