There is no doubt in my mind that this issue - just on its own, with only the evidence presented here, and in Holders Speech at northwestern are grounds for impeachment of Obama. Holder and Mueller should be equally punished.
This is crazy!
BTW - Mueller and the Justice department’s position is that they can kill US citizens outside the territory of the USA - if the executive branch decides to do it. Inside the USA, that is where Mueller is saying - ‘let me check’ on whether they decided they can kill US citizens based solely on the decision of the executive branch.
If there ever was a case for the need for the second amendment - Holder and Mueller make it right here in congressional testimony.
