Help Senator Marchione Repeal and Replace Restrictive New Gun Control that Weakens the Second Amendment Constitutional Rights of Law-Abiding New Yorkers!
In a vote held in the state Legislature last night – Monday, January 14, 2013 – the Second Amendment Constitutional freedoms of New Yorkers were weakened with passage of restrictive new gun control. I strongly opposed this legislation that was rushed through both houses of our state Legislature without a single public hearing or the proper time to carefully review the bill.

Again, the problem is that government isn’t enforcing the laws THEY ALREADY HAVE!!!! Wow, what a novel concept that would be!!!!

Who is more deadly to the innocent, the nut jobs who kill 20 school children, or the politicians who almost unilaterally prevent millions of innocents from being able to defend themselves against evil predators?
Come on people! It’s time to get aggressive against these usurpers of our rights. We need background checks, term limits on time in office, and strict word and content limits on speeches. We also need to have and must enforce political content free zones. Our children must not be exposed to dangerous political rhetoric. This type of thing must go the way of drawings and photographs of firearms. The 1st and 2nd Amendments must be given equal weights and protections!
