Last year was one of the warmest on record for our county in Western North Dakota. Nobody was murdered. The last murder in this county was in 1987 or so. It was in the dead of winter and the victim was not from here. The killer was not from here either. At the minute it is 3 below zero and the wind is whipping at 25 MPH. Too darned cold to kill any one by any means.
