but why did Rand Paul vote yes? Simple, he's been talking the conservative talk lately, but he is damn sure not walking the walk.
That told me about all I needed to know about him.

Cornyn’s no vote was cover - he’s up for re-election in 2014 - Kerry was going to be appointed anyway so this was a no-brainer vote for him. I’m sure he got together with the “boys” and explained his problem.
