Going Rogue: Palin says she plans to 'shake up the GOP machine' w/ $1.2M raised through her PAC
The London Daily Mail ^ | January 29, 2013 | Leslie Larson

Once again Sarah Palin is showing that she has no plans to play by the rules.

She has parted ways with FOX News after a turbulent relationship with the conservative cable news channel, taken pot shots at pundits in the 'lame stream media' and slammed her own party for selecting Mitt Romney as the 2012 Republican presidential nominee.

Now the former Alaska governor says she'll use the $1.2 million raised through her SarahPAC to 'shake up the GOP machine' and unveiled a vague vision on how she'll get her message out to a larger audience.

News broke on Friday night that she had not renewed her $1 million annual contract with FOX News, after three years as a contributor on Roger Ailes' network.

Palin then spoke out on Saturday, in an interview with Breitbart.com, saying that she was working to 'free up opportunities to share more broadly the message of the beauty of freedom and the imperative of defending our republic and restoring this most exceptional nation.'

Calling the future 'wide open' with opportunities, she shared how she plans 'to pick battles wisely, and all in due season' - hinting that she still has a fight left in her.

Her vision for the future coincided with the financial disclosure from her Political Action Committee, SarahPAC, with records released on Monday showing she ended 2012 with nearly $1.2 million in the bank.

She raised around $20,790 between Nov. 27 and Dec. 31 and spent $67,800 during that time period on expenses including consulting, speech writing and legal fees...

Confession here. I did vote for mitt and argued about voting for him instead of staying home or writing in.

I voted for the lesser of 2 evils; however, I have since learned voting for evil, lesser or not, is still voting for evil.

I can no longer abide by that notion. We either hang together or die alone. I choose to hang together.

Here in NY we have a HUGE battle against cuomo the gun grabber.

The info will be posted as it comes out. A lot will not come out though. People have family, a small business, farms, etc to care for.

There will be an uprise, perhaps a silent one, at first. Pretty sure all of you who still watch the news will see it come to pass.

Here's an interesting depiction of Sarah that I find amusing but could be seen as a positive.....

Sarah Palin, the legendary RINO slayer.

I’m in NY state too and I’d tell The Prince of Darkness to KMA but I don’t want such an immoral cretin near my nether region. :-)

We Repeat History because we didn't learn the first time.

And what happened between 1861 and 1865 that the Whigs did NOTHING to stop?

I have no problem with voting for Mitt (once he won the nomination), the alternative was (and still is) unthinkable.

Every single conservative candidate urged us to vote for Mitt, because they knew the stakes: Palin, Newt, Santorum, Cain, Perry, Bachmann, every last one.

It was the right thing to do. Frankly I have a problem with those who sat it out, most of them were the same ones that used to hate on Sarah Palin back in the day........

Anybody but Obama worked as well as anybody but Bush.

People need something to vote FOR.

Besides, I think vote fraud was rampant.

I can't believe President Obama's luck. First, he received over 99% of the vote in districts where GOP inspectors were illegally removed. Next, he won 100% of the vote in 21 districts in Cleveland. Well, he's gotten another lucky break!

Mr. Obama won Wood County in Ohio this year. That's right, Mr. Obama won the majority of Wood County's 108% of registered voters. That's not a typo.

In 2012, 106,258 people in Wood County are registered to vote out of an eligible 98,213. But it certainly must all be a coincidence, right?

Hey, NGZ, I voted against the Marxist, by voting for Romney too.

I’m very sorry others didn’t do the same. He’s trying to accomplish precisely the Marxist agenda Newt predicted, and just like Newt said, he sees his reelection as a mandate!

Worst nightmare: Cuomo vs Christie 2016

As far as I know Sarah Palin invented (or at least was responsible for popularizing it) the acronym ABO.

She was right. 100% right. If it were possible I'd say she was 110% right.....:-)

Once again they are trying to make law abiding citizens into outlaws.

You know what they say about getting what you wish for....you just may get it.

We’re in for one heck of a fight. I do pray to see you at the end of the beginning.

I now believe NY will be the starting point of what we have been trying to prevent.

God Bless you and yours. May we see each other at the end of the beginning.
