I’m sorry, but you’re not seeing the situation clearly. Senator Rubio just dearly wants amnesty. That’s all there is to it. He’s been saying so for some time, except he wants the border secure first. So what? What’s going to accomplish that? Even if it involves another vote by both houses of congress that the border is secure, it doesn’t make it so. However, the requirement will likely be much less stringent than that. It will probably be something along the lines of the president having to certify the border is secure.
Secure border means: Secure border. What is not clear about that? My point simply is you can't trust a Democratic -- That IS exceptionally clear.
