Well it certainly increasing the probability of women being subject to the draft. The courts ruled that women are not subject to the draft since women are barred from combat roles. If that is no longer the case there is no reason not to draft women. I would expect a court challenge shortly.

I hope it happens. The more court challenges to these policies the better. There is a reason that the system is supposed to provide for ‘checks and balances’.
