Do you ever feel like matters become top-priority political issues practically overnight, with politicians across the country utilizing the same phrases, stories, and themes to drive their points home?
In the case of gun control, there seems to be a new narrative that hunting is an activity protected by the U.S. Constitution, but that guns deemed too big or threatening for hunters will be banned. In the case of linguistic synchronization, the phrase gun control appears to be falling from favor in left-leaning circles, only to be replaced by reducing gun violence.
Its hardly a secret that top politicians meet to discuss their plans, but Politico has confirmed that President Obamas campaign manager met with gun control advocate Mayor Michael Bloomberg to coordinate the latest issue:

Now, a smart Republican strategist and ad team would be advising their client that they are going to start running Orwellian ads against the Democrats.
Force embarrassment and shame on them. Force them to make a decision. Get the Repubicans to sign onto some American Patriot Plegdge and force the Democrats to sign it, and when they don’t, use it against them at electin time.
We all know where the illegal guns are in the city and who uses them and so do they, so this gun ban farce is just that...... bullsh##. These candy a##es will not address or care about the real problem and where it lies they’ll just use the words as a means to push thier political agenda, “disarm the law abiding citizenry so they are no longer a threat to us”
Baraq, Bloomie, and Rhambo are going to deputize the Million Moms for Gun Control, and send them into the ghetto next summer to clean up all the illegal firearms.
Yup, no suprise.
Also, the Democrats don’t “spend” tax money, they “invest” it. I don’t know if Obama has ever used the word “spend” in a speech.
