So several days ago one of the more prominent Black candidates, State Sen Toi Hutchinson, dropped out and endorsed Robin Kelly, her name will remain on the ballot though. Hilariously, pro-Kelly ads blasting Hutchinson as an NRA supporter like Debbie H continued to air the next day.
I predict Kelly will win.

Even with Toi and Napoleon dropping out and endorsing Kelly (but staying on the ballot), there are still three other prominent black candidates, so Halverson still might win.
