There has been “an alarming rise in the number of attacks against Jewish targets” over the past year, according to a new report issued by the Public Diplomacy and Diaspora Affairs Ministry on Sunday.
The 2012 report on anti-Semitism, which was presented to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu by Public Diplomacy and Diaspora Affairs Minister Yuli Edelstein during Sunday’s cabinet meeting, indicated that the confluence of extreme rightwing political movements and Islamic radicalism have been responsible for a new wave of anti-Jewish sentiment in Europe.
The report’s release was timed to coincide with the commemoration of International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Sunday.
Based on data collected by the Kantor Center for the Study of Contemporary European Jewry at Tel Aviv University, Edelstein noted that “the main conclusion emerging from the document... is that compared to 2011, there was an escalation in violent incidents against Jews around the world.”

Before Israel was even founded, the radical Zionist organization Lehi (Stern gang), believed Britain to be a greater threat to the Jews than the Nazis, so tried to form an alliance with the Nazis, to fight with them against the British in exchange for European Jews being sent to Palestine.
When that alliance failed, Lehi then made overtures to Stalin, believing him to still be less antisemitic than the British. That didn’t work, either, of course.
But the bottom line is that nobody helps the Jews but the Jews. So if faced by antisemitism, it doesn’t help for them to complain about it. What does help is for them to *do* something about it.
It’s a technique called “counterterrorism”, and it works. For example, Jews have almost been driven out of one of the largest cities in Scandanavia, Malmo, Sweden, by a combination of Muslim hate and Swedish indifference, or even subtle support for the Muslims.
But if a dozen skilled counterterrorists went to Malmo, they could make the city uninhabitable to Muslims. And if done properly, it would mostly be a psychological campaign, with the Swedish authorities none the wiser.
I think I must respectfully disagree there. I would bet you a quarter that the Muslim areas are spied on and infiltrated well. The issue is a mass of people who have been inculcated since birth that non-Muslims are evil and Jews are worse. The Muslim populations have out bred the non Muslim populations and are quickly becoming what they were designed to be- a force to attack the foundations of Europe and take Europe over: by war if necessary. A small group of 'counter-insurgents' would do little if anything to the growing reality of Europe. What much of Europe is staring at is civil war. A bloody one at that.
Correct. If the war starts soon the Europeans can still win. But if they wait another generation the Europeans will lose. Either way it will be very messy.
our media will not report this, nor will it report on the attacks against Christians, either.
