Are convicted felons allowed to vote in Colorado?

Some states do allow such after time served, etc.

IF he cannot vote in any General Election, how can he vote on any local issues that affect thousands of people???

This run for office needs to be derailed.

Colorado is one of five states that allow convicted felons to vote once they have completed their prison sentence, including parole requirements. You are eligible to register and vote the day you are released from parole.
