PALIN: 'WE HAVEN'T YET BEGUN TO FIGHT!'—EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH BREITBART NEWS

What's Next:

Short term: I encourage others to step out in faith, jump out of the comfort zone, and broaden our reach as believers in American exceptionalism. That means broadening our audience. I’m taking my own advice here as I free up opportunities to share more broadly the message of the beauty of freedom and the imperative of defending our republic and restoring this most exceptional nation. We can't just preach to the choir; the message of liberty and true hope must be understood by a larger audience.

Focus on the 2014 election is also imperative. It’s going to be like 2010, but this time around we need to shake up the GOP machine that tries to orchestrate away too much of the will of constitutional conservatives who don’t give a hoot how they do it in DC.

We’re not going to be able to advance the cause of limited constitutional government unless we deal with these big government enablers on our side....

2. Where do you think the country stands at the beginning of the President's 2nd term?

Conservatism didn’t lose. A moderate Republican candidate lost after he was perceived to alienate working class Reagan Democrat and Independent voters who didn’t turn out for him as much as they did for the McCain/Palin ticket in 2008. Granted, those same voters also didn’t turn out for Obama as strongly either. We had an election defined by a biased media plus millions of voters who sat it out in disgust.

As long as we allow the media and GOP establishment to tell us who our nominees must be, we can expect to lose. I’m not interested in losing. America’s next generation can’t afford another loss.

We need to unite early around a single leader, who must lead a large group of like-minded people, as one person cannot do it alone. I believe Sarah Palin has that ability to lead and assemble a team necessary to defeat the entrenched interests in Washington in the party and out of the party.

She can and will fight the corruption that is the root of the destruction of the Republic.

She can marshal the right people that have an ethical underpinning.

People will follow her.

The first thing is to work on cleaning out the electoral process - without that, there will be no progress.

Where the heck does a person sign up for that?

Good for you. Then you, and libertarians like you, are definitely not part of the problem I was talking about. But there are still a lot of freepers who don’t seem to understand that conservatism has to be a three-legged stool.

To digress for a minute, I’m a Catholic, but I spent a good part of my career working with Evangelicals toward those goals we had in common. We agreed to disagree on points of doctrine, or which was the true Church, but to fight together on what we could agree on as conservative Christians.

The same applies to libertarians and Evangelicals, for instance. Very hard to elect a conservative without votes from both groups. There are millions of Evangelical votes, but they’ll stay home unless they are satisfied on certain basic points. That means we need to have libertarians willing to oppose abortion and gay marriage, and Evangelicals willing to oppose big government.

Too many people fail to understand the need to work together and agree on some points that are basic to each side in order to avoid a far worse result.

I proudly and firmly stand with Palin, always have and always will.

We need her in whatever capacity she chooses. We need more like her. AND, she needs good people to help her break down the enemy’s wall.

We need her elected and serving in Government. She must move beyond the speeches and tweets.. Serve in Government. She is right—a revitalized tea Party is needed—not a 3rd party but a Movement. Like the old Lincoln/Progressives Club in the early 20th Century. A Liberty Club within the GOP. We must be grass roots—seek the statehouses! Go for congress and Senate. If we can defang Harry Reed we can start to end Obama’s Mis-rule.

Lindsey Graham needs to be primaried.

Yes she does.

At the Aiken County, SC Tea Party meeting last Monday evening we had a very spirited discussion about this. No one is a standout right now. And Linda has a considerable war chest. It will be a hard fight but I believe we can win, especially if we can get someone who will attract out of state money.

She needs to head up the PUMA wing of the Republican Party. She represents a loyal fan base of solid conservatives who could help drag the party to the right.

The fight’s over, Sarah. They won, we lost, get used to it. The enemy controls the country, firmly. The own the White House, Congress, the media, academia, and the majority of the American people. We’re toast.

SC will soon be gone too, if not already gone. The last firearms control law reviewed by the SC lost 5-4. Soon enough the decision by the SC will be 5-4 and the 2nd will be outlawed and stricken from the Constitution. Never been an outlaw before, and never thought I would be. Was wrong though if I live a few more years. Too old to give up the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Will have to adjust to a new designation for my life, from law abiding citizen to outlaw in a few short years. Though I pray am wrong, if one is realistic then things are not looking good.
