Rocksalt? LOL If (when) they come, they won’t be coming to shoot rocksalt in your behinds. They’ll be coming to confiscate, arrest or kill (not necessarily in that order).

It is a true story. In 1930`s here the revenue agents came looking for illegal stills on the farms and were driven off by hundreds of farmers with shotguns loaded with rocksalt. They never came back. My mother and relatives, friends, told me that story coz she was as driver for a hooch smuggler from the town in the mountains down to the lakes. My great-uncle also was involved with liquor smuggling down from Canada. He hid all the liquor in a mountain cave and transported it at night. He had a pistol.
