Ok, that’s for store sales.

What about when buying via GunBroker.com and you’re just using that store’s FFL?

Its not different, a 4473 is created...which the ATF would look at. My son works at a gun store and theres no differentiating of 4473s there. They’re organized by date in the file cabinet. Theyre also input to a computer database (ATF approved) and that can be searched in a number of ways.

The same records are kept by your FFL dealer as if he had sold you the firearm. To do a dealer transfer, he must book the firearm into his inventory and back out to you. GunBroker.com was never a loophole except in the mind of the lying commies.
