Here's two weapons that hold 8 rds - and have served the US in multiple wars with high success!!! I'd take these any day -- and I CC the 1911 -- awesome firearm!

E-vil guns here. Warning, your eyes may bleed.

The devil is in the details. What would an liberal judge do with this law?

” or semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.”

This could work in reverse. What if an lib judge decided that a 1911 was once full auto, because John Dillenger had one so the 1911, and other semi-auto pistols could be banned.

The Ausies took a bolt action rifle and converted one to full auto in the early years of WWII. Hiram Maxim and John Browning also converted lever action Winchesters to full auto. What if a liberal judge decided that these could be banned because of experiments to make them full auto.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Both banned under the ‘semiautomatic version of a fully automatic weapon’ clause. There were FA versions of both.
