I am sure there is a huge silent group that are irked by this and are ready to step up and pull a trigger at these imbeciles we call leaders. In the voting booth.
I remember reading that,duringProhibition,many local/State LEO’s thought “It’s a Federal problem,let the Feds enforce it”. The Utah sheriffs saying they won’t allow it could have the effect of taking things to the next level if Fed.gov, in their hubris, decides to call them on it.
What I’m trying to say is is “not allowing” is not passive. It,in this case,involves that one will take active steps to prevent the other party from carrying out their intentions. Which, in,this case,is Fed.gov acting under “Color of Law”. I guess everyone here can see what it could lead to.
Just in case anybody’s wondering, I support the Utah Sheriffs in this.
If you are planning to bring this defeatist attitude to the fight don’t come at all.
If it comes to the point that the military is shooting civilians on a nationwide scale then we will be in the biggest civil war in the history of man. The military that sides with DC would get crushed. The military is Us. We the people will have tanks, aircraft, drones, millions of combat experienced vets from grey haired crotchity old farts to young fighters recently discharged. Most state governments will not permit the Feds to kill their citzens. Many of the people who voted for Obama when seeing good, peaceful, members of their communities arrested or shot for not disarming will say “I didn’t vote for this” and they will take up arms.
Guess I still have faith.
I love the statement these sheriffs made. They looked the Feds in the eye, put their hands on their pistols and said don’t even try it. When the Sheriff of Moore County Tennessee says the same thing I’m going to call him and tell him to put my name on his list of potential defenders. I have no military experience and I have some gray hair but I can help somehow.

But assault weapons such as AK 47s are intended for killing, not hunting.
Solutions for reducing gun violence must address many areas, from protecting law enforcement and keeping weapons out of the hands of criminals, to school safety, access to mental health services, and confronting a culture that sometimes glorifies violence.
I support reinstating the assault weapons ban and restoring the 10-round limit for ammunition magazines. And, I support universal background checks so that we can know if person buying a weapon has a criminal record.
I appreciate hearing your views on this very important issue, and I will keep them in mind. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future.

Well.....maybe. And maybe we have already reached the point of no return, and we need a great, savage excessive provocation by 0dumb0 & his fellow RAT bastard socialist demoRATs to cause America to rise up mightly against these treasonous bastards, and to reclaim & take back our country!
Whenever any liberal demturd says anything on any subject (as in the case of this Salt Lake City Sheriff Windner, I believe was his name), I am convinced that we need to go & act or respond in exactly the opposite direction. Demturds & liberals are pathologically evil & mentally disordered as Michael Savage says in his book.
I agree that our side...the “American” side ... has to be VERY vocal in the support of our rights. That’s why I have broken a five year moratorium from doing politics on Facebook to come out and support the Second Amendment. Unfortunately I have lost a few “friends” over it. So be it, this fight is at the core of my beliefs.
I just hope that the need to give our lives, as these Sheriffs have pledged never comes to pass.

Thanks for posting it earlier. You would think that 97 percent of a State’s sheriffs telling the President to *back off* would be newsworthy, wouldn’t you?
