One of our barns had sheet metal roof. We had a bad hail storm one day and I took a run out to the barn, the noise was horrible and the goats that were in that barn were in a panic. Those that made it to the other barn were not bothered at all....the only good thing about hail storms is they don’t last long, but the noise was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself talk....golf ball size hail. Wish I could send some pictures of my goats but don’t know how and didn’t know how to tranfer them to my new computer....bummer

Amen to the noise!

I've lots of nutty trees that over hang the roof of my barn; so the goats have grown up with loud noises from above.

They can sure come running in from the far side of the property (about a football field away) when I have a plastic pail with some goat pellet food in in.

A few rattles and here they come at full tilt!

As far as your pictures are concerned, you'd have to have them stored somewhere on the web for them to be seen on FR.

Having them just on your computer won't work.

I use photobucket to store mine...

Did your old computer die; or just get sent out to pasture?

The easiest way these days is to use a travel drive:

Wal-mart has all kinds of them for less than $10.

Off course; your 'old' computer must have a USB port on it. Your new one probably does.
