Tragic any death, man, woman, child at the hands of another. The news that someone guns down 18, 26 or 100 is sickening. Everyday at the hands of another there are deaths by vehicle by someone with no weapon except the car that he/she is legally or illegally driving under the influence of a legal or illegal substance. So how does alcohol or marijuana law keep this individual from this killing spree? How many die at his/her hands everyday? It’s not the gun nor the vehicle it is the perpetrator. Get it right people!
