id Obama swear to protect the Constitution or to protect the current fashionable 'in' ideas of liberal elites?
If no one is going to take the remedies proscribed in our founding documents, then what does it matter? We are now a nation of NO laws and have entered into a post-Consitutional era.
The people to blame for this are many and varied -
1) All 57 Secretaries of State
2) The RAT party for validating their candidates - has anyone seen the 2012 equivalent of the 2008 Pelosi letter(s - both of them) saying Zero is qualified,
3) All Federal courts who refuse to allow standing and/or refuse to adjudicate this mess,
4) The Electoral College delegates,
5) The Congress when it meets to certify the Electoral College votes,
6) The GOP led House for refusing to IMPEACH the commie usurper, as well as the currently dysfunctional Senate who has refused to perform it's Constittional mandated duties and would never even conduct an Impeachment trial, and most importantly of all -
7) A completely ignorant don't care electorate who are still suffering from the slave guilt complex of a century ago, and worship this idol rather then the one we have been instructed in the bible to worship.

No, we still function under the Constitution. Those who don’t are criminals. No matter how much status or money or power... by definition they’re criminals.
