Who ever decided that it was OK to drop a white female mental patient wearing a cropped shirt, shorts and a pair of boots in the middle of a gang infested housing project knew or didn’t care what was going to happen to her.

Who ever decided that it was OK to drop a white female mental patient wearing a cropped shirt, shorts and a pair of boots in the middle of a gang infested housing project knew or didn’t care what was going to happen to her.According to at least one report, the cops called her a white b**** before dropping her off. They knew just what would happen to her, and did it on purpose.
