"In NY, the good guys have 7 bullets..the bad guys have 15".
I'd rather have one live cartridge than 15 inert bullets.
Bullets are to cartridges as flour is to bread as cement is to concrete, etc. When will you and others ever learn the difference?

It was a figure of speech that the quest on the show used to make a point. Sorry that was not added in my post. As in. If the bad guy has 15 live rounds, not inert and the good guy has 7 live rounds, who is out gunned-the good guys. If the bad guy has 15 live rounds, and the good guy has 7 live rounds, it tells me that, NY's gun control DON'T Work.
