This article is the other article I was mentioning. The article is comprehensive in it's details, but somehow in all those words, 'democrat' is not to be found.

A comment from your linked article;

“What you crackers failed to acknowledge that WE (Blacks) didn’t put Ray Nagin in office. Ya’ll did, but that’s the nature of a beast, they pretend like they don’t remember what they done. WE(Blacks) wanted Richard Pennington in office to clean up City Hall, once and for all, and what did the ‘powers that be’ do. They erected this vice-president of Cox Cable, who hadn’t an iota of political knowledge, but had the endorsement of EVERY crook in New Orleans on his campaign, but ya’ll ain’t going to tell that! Why? Because white-folks are that low down. To play the good knight, when in actually ya’ll are the EVIL that continues to destroy this city, because ya’ll really don’t want US (Blacks) here, but ya’ll haven’t figured out a way to eliminate us, Katrina did some damage, but it wasn’t what ya’ll expected, but ya’ll got the public school system back, and City Hall, and now, ya’ll after the legacy of African-Amerikkkans, to make yourselves look good, but those of us who know the TRUTH, won’t sit back and be quiet, while your Clancy Dubois/Chick Foret, and other idiots make analysis but won’t tell the whole story! Once again, Blacks didn’t put Ray Nagin in office, white-folks did. That’s ya’ll tragedy! LOL”
