The Second Amendment says nothing about concealed carry. It says “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Open-carry is as much “bearing” those arms as is carrying concealed.

Likewise there’s no law about being “quiet” about unsavory elements of society in the press. “If it bleeds, it leads.” So why castigate lawful gun bearers when you likely yell at your TV on a regular basis for journalists being idiots?

That's my First Amendment Right your talking about. You have no 2nd Amendments Right to carry on private property. Don't believe me? Try carrying a rifle slung over your shoulder into a federal building. Try the IRS building for grins and come back and report to me. Not only that, but for much of our nation's history carrying concealed was the act of a criminal who was attempting to conceal his evil intentions. Many states do not regulate open carry but require a permit to carry concealed.
