The National Socialists are going for broke on this. They’ve got 4 years to destroy this country and make it into a defacto dictatorship. Foreign money will be flying through this non-profit. So will the money of the “preferred” domestic entities like big multinationals.
All paying tribute to the new regime. The goal is to move fast and overwhelm the system. And the useful idiots will cheer it along all the way. The Republicans are so unprepared for this they will fold like a cheap suit. The socialist sense the Republicans are in disarray and weak. This is their best shot for a permant takeover of government.

I also agree with you on the speed factor. He’s moving very quickly and very openly, and paradoxically, this is one of the things that makes it so hard for people to take it seriously and get as alarmed as they should be. We thought we’d have more time to prepare our defense, so to speak, but all of a sudden it’s upon us.
