Well, it was the bedroom wall and it is not as white as I had hoped for when dry.< :~(
So sad. Just because everybody else was doing it doesn’t make it right. Heck, they can’t give his TdF titles to the runners up because 20 of 21 of them have also been in trouble for juicing.
I guess he is still a hero of mine. The grit and determination he showed me will never fade.
Ride clean from here on Texan.
Well said.
Part 2 of the interview will be aired tonight, Fri. Jan. 18, on the OWN channel. I’m not sure of the time but I think it is 9pm EST.
The myth is shattered...
The legend is dead...
But when it was good...
It was very, very good!
(and we loved it)
Well stated. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Now he shouldn’t waste my
or others time breathing one more word about it.
Go on and fade into oblivion....
Exactly. My husband and I were watching the Oprah interview and said the same thing: He still seems to be lying.
You just don’t know what to believe coming out of this guys’s mouth...
He’s using a Clintonian defense.
I didn’t consider that cheating.... aka I never had sex with that woman
Oprah could use a bicycle.........
Agree with all of that. I believed him and I was a complete sucker. Now he should just STFU.
Ahhhhh...knew there had to be a reason. Thanks.
Right on, Bay. Just watching it now.
This is all very sad. But Heck:
Here’s to the rebels, including Lance and Pantani and all of ‘em, even though they screwed up. Here’s to Maitre Jacques.
Here’s to The Cannibal, and to Il Tranquilo... Who may, or may not have gotten away with it.
Here’s no not tattling on your friends, frankly. I never believed in “telling,” neither did my father, neither do my kids. Don’t give in, Lance. Accept the ban, but don’t rat.
But here’s to Greg all the same... My first hero... A seemingly simpler man, but also with his faults.
Hell, here’s to Laurent. I hope I can buy him a bottle of wine up there one day.
Has the joy of this, perhaps our greatest sport but surely our most grueling sporting event, ever been about human perfection?
Was it ever about anything but winning as a gentleman?
Here’s to Henri Desgrange, and even, to the UCI, and to the rest of the rat-ass bastards that kill our dreams - and perhaps - keep false dreams in check.
We all compete for the same elusive love: perfection, victory, and the sport.
Hell if I won’t toast the Schlecks.
And Poulidor...
We are mortal, and flawed, for a reason. But the race goes on, and our spirits ride on.
Vive Le Tour.
Hey, at least the scenery is great... ;-)
LOL... good point!
Thanks... we'll be watching (on the obscure OWN channel).
Hope the Discovery channel runs part 2 for you tonight in Norway, Eurotwit!
Lance Armstrong May Have Lied to Winfrey: Investigators
Investigators familiar with Armstrong’s case, however, said today that Armstrong didn’t completely come clean. They say he blatantly lied about when he stopped doping, saying the last time he used the drugs and transfusions was the 2005 race.

In the face of this admin trying to screw us out of our firearms rights, Lance Armstrong is completely irrelevant.
No offense meant to you, Vision. We just have bigger fish to fry right now.
Here we go...
"Lance Armstrong May Have Lied to Winfrey"
I have to admit, I see a nauseating irony in the fact that a recognized cheater is now being chastised for possibly shading the truth by a media that lies with every breath they take in a country run by people who couldn't tell the truth if their children's life depended on it.
