NBC news reported it on December 21st (Friday Night News Dump). The video of it being reported is all part of this YouTube video describing several other inconsistencies. Some I agree with, others I do not.

Apparently, they are now trying to CYA that it was slipped in when nobody was watching and was never reported again until after they got “The Beast’s” 23 EO’s signed.

The date stamp at the link is 12/15/2012.

If the Today show supported this report...then the link offered should go to the Today show...no?
