I did for a while. They’d get letters to the editor telling them to drop the “Gun” content. The editor, clearly a lady, would reply with an eloquent paragraph amounting to “shove it”.
we still do get “Garden and Gun” regularly, and I love the articles about female gun enthusiasts. There is a gun group in SC that calls itself “GRITS” = Girls Really InTo Shooting.”
Of course, I’m a GRITS also: grandma raised in the South! :)
