If I owned several franchises I’d incorporate them seperately and be done with it.
And then ObamaGub'ment would change the rules and you'd still do as they wish or face stiff penalties and eventually imprisonment.
The SCOTUS Ruled the Gub'ment can make you pay anything they wish as long as they make it a tax.
You can't win that battle.
