Doesn’t much matter which party was in power. TSA has far exceeded any bounds of decency. I know for the most part their just folks doing their jobs. And, I respect the ones that put in an honest days work. Sadly they mostly go along to get along. But, I guess it was Bush’s fault. Just like it was his fault for “allowing” the AWB to expire. If he hadn’t, hussein wouldn’t be having to rule by fiat and Newtown would never have occurred. Dang unintended consequences.

He signed it, right? How many Republicans objected?

By signing TSA into law, he stuck us all with a massive new agency that intrudes into law abiding citizens' lives.

By letting the AWB expire, he reduced intrusion into citizens' lives. See the difference?
