The state Economic Development Authority yesterday awarded the hit NBC television show Law & Order: SVU more than $10.2 million in tax credits, two years after the program stopped filming in New Jersey. The credits are for the 2009-2010 season of the long-running hit series. Because of cap restraints, the credits will be spread out over two years $217,000 this year and $10 million next year.
