Rep. Nadler really does think that everyone should only have a couple of bullets to use, even armored truck guards and the police. I think a good test of his plan would be for him to seek to legislatively prohibit the police or any domestic law enforcement agency from using weapons with more than a three round capacity. I can't wait to see what the police unions have to say.
