WHen drugs were legal in pre WW II hawaii, there was no drug related crime. The Volstead Act attempted to outlaw alcohol. It failed.

The War on Drugs attempts to outlaw drugs. It has been a total failure.

It is just sickening what constitutes public discourse.
if those morons in washington think they can control 300 million guns well
that is like believing a 3000 page bill no one read would reduced health costs.

And when drugs were legal in pre-20th century America, there was no drug related crime.

The Volstead Act attempted to outlaw alcohol. It failed.
