I think we all thought riots would happen when the economy collapsed. Perhaps we were wrong - perhaps stomping on our 2nd amendment rights begins the riots. As in, what happens if thousands/millions march against Washington with their fire arms? Hussein would call out some form of the military to put down the march. Would not the nation break down into riots when that happens?

Maybe, but there is no sign that such a march is going to happen. The tea party movement, the NRA, GOA, etc. would need to organize such a drive and all of them are still trying to work within the system. We need a Martin Luther King type to rally everyone to surround the White House in the millions to stop the tyrant. Anything smaller will be put down and scattered resistance will just be used by Obama for further repression.

So then it becomes, will the military honor their oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution". We already know damn near every politician has no honor and won't honor their oath, but I suspect the majority of the military have honor and will.
