“The figures are disputed but at least ten percent of the population is Catholic and there’s also an Orthodox community.”

So the odds are at least 9 to 1 that this group is Muslim, correct?

Historically, ALbania was 70% Muslim, 20% East Orthodox, and 10% Roman Catholic. However, after decades of atheistic communist rule, I don’t know if that’s true anymore.

The figures are disputed. Some people say that up to 30 percent of Albania is Catholic or Orthodox, and once that was certainly the case. Most of the Albanians here who came over in previous generations were Catholic or Orthodox. What the situation is now, is hard to say, maybe because years of communist rule have blurred the lines between believers and atheists.
