That is as close to a defacto semi auto gun ban as you can have with out coming right out and saying so. Can you elaborate? All mine hold more than 7, but you could make 7 shot magazines by plugging the bottom end. Most who have ever duck hunted have plugged their 5 shots to hold 3.
