Everybody is entitled to counsel. They had counsel at Nuremberg. Doesn’t mean the lawyer has to enjoy it
Exactly. And the lawyers who take on clients who are accused of horrible crimes tend to take those cases not because they like their clients or are ‘pro-criminal,’ but because they strongly believe in the principle that even the very worst criminal deserves a vigorous defense.
