Must be a fake story. The Houston Chronicle has NO story about this at all.

I think “the juvenile” referred to in that sentence was the second intruder.
The lad with the AR drilled the older boogaler three times, while the younger pissant was unscathed and was perhaps hauled back to the crime scene to be ID’d.
The story ain’t writed very good.

When you leave your kids home alone, place some claymore’s on
the way to the car, and remind the kids not to order pizza.

These home invasions usually have two working as a team to bust into a home and hold their victims at gun point. Having a large magazine to use against them is a necessity to insure you do hit them and they have received enough bullets to make sure they are no longer a threat. Having only ten rounds may not be enough.

the juvenile was taken back to the crime scene.
WT—
I think the robber not shot was a juvenile, and he was taken back, perhaps to be ID’d

Obama is going to lose a lot of supporters this year because of the increased gun buying. That’s why they want to start disarming conservatives this year. I have no idea whether this is true or not, but it would be interesting to know who some of these killed or captured clowns voted for.
It would be nice if some legitimate polling organization actually asked convictec criminals in, say, 10 large and 10 medium sized cities around the US, who they voted for, or if they voted at all.
Could be tricky because criminals have a habit of lying, but might also turn up some interesting statistics.

Despite the just outcome, the young lad will forever bear the terror of the event.

“Having only ten rounds may not be enough.”
If those limits happen, I predict:
1. Shooting ranges filled to capacity. I, for one, would see a great future for those “tactical” simulations that the police do - the “shoot -no shoot” stuff.
2. “Shoot to wound” won’t be an option. There will probably be MORE deaths.
3. “No-fail” weapons becoming very popular - i.e., 18” shotguns.

Well, if he had just the one gun, and a phone, I hope he delegated the younger sister to call for backup.
