I assume marketing, sales and R&D are superfluous. New staff wouldn’t be effective in the next 90-180 days. If there was a war they could afford to take a temporary productivity hit. I’d be willing to guess some serious bonus $$$ are in the mix.

They can't make them fast enough - Some are backed up now up to 2 YEARS.
