That’s a fine way for a public servant to talk about some of the people who pay his wages - what an absolute dirtbag!
Who knows, China could be paying his wages with loaned money. But then again, he could also be getting paid from newly printed fiat money too.
BTW - A wholly agree that he is a dirt bag.
Call me old fashioned (because I am) but I do not expect public servants and politicians of any stripe to deride and humiliate the people that they serve. It shows a complete lack of class and a forgetfullness about who is boss!
