Tebow is a horribly inaccurate passer & his throwing motion is a mess. I'm guessing the Broncos & Jets both tried to work with him on his mechanics. But, he keeps reverting back to form in the heat of the game.
That no NFL teams appear interested in him, even as a backup QB, has zero to do with his faith.
Tebow could belong to some lunatic cult and no teams would care so long as he could consistently throw TDs. The NFL is all about money.
Those who think he is being persecuted ignore the tons of other players past, present & future who promote their faith proudly.
And teams talk. Word would by now have gotten around the league that Tebow's throwing motion can't be corrected by coaching. So that's it for him.
Many fans have a mindset that - based on one good run of games at Denver against teams who hadn't properly prepared for his unorthodox approach - Tebow is a magic fix to any QB problem. His arrival as a backup would create immediate controversies that would disrupt any team's chemistry. He would have to come in as the unquestioned starter...and no team wants to risk that.
Instead, I expect Tebow will be out of football in 2013, unless it's the Arena League. He's proven he can make plays at the NFL level, but so can a lot of other guys who don't bring as much baggage with them.
