Is there any indication he’s a “border-crosser”? I didn’t see anything in a Google search.
I can’t find any reference either, although I presume somewhere someone has found something.
The article also makes it clear that he wants to cash in on his fame, it says nothing about him thinking about suing anybody.
And the article notes he has been charged with a crime, so he will be “paying” or at least there is that possibility.
