I agree clergy must be held to strict moral standards and it is the role of parishioners to respectfully and prayerfully remind them when they step out of bounds

I'll add that if the clergy persists after being reminded that they are out of bounds that we must take further action. This includes involving the vestry/elders/deacons and if such exists, the Bishop. If there is no redress and repentance, we must quickly vote with our dollars or failing that our feet.

The Episcopal Church stands as an example of what happens when congregants remain respectful and prayerful. Many of their churches are now temples of Gay Pride populated with flaming creatures that heed no law of God or man, and the faithful are meeting in rented rooms elsewhere trying to find a way forward.
