This is one reason, and only one reason I believe if Boehner has the guts, he would adjourn the House and refuse to go back into session. Watch ‘em then, and let ‘em scream, stamp their feet and send out their lamemedia to impugn such a decision. The governing coming out of the zer0 regime and the senate is not legal in so many ways and the House (the People's House) should make a statement to the facts. Can't handle the truth? Then tell them the truth via the Constitution, Boehner and the House. The only question left is ... Does Boehner have the guts to do the right thing?

Counterproductive. Obama would merely use this as justification to issue Executive Orders.
