There shouldn't be the death penalty!!! because it's bad and mean!!!!!! and instead we'll just have life in prison without the possibility of parole!!!!!

How ‘bout that justice system. There is a big difference between “life in prison” (until we let you go) and the death penalty. What a joke.

Let me guess...’The Innocence Project’ got him off of Death Row...to kill again!

There has GOT to be someone tracking those bleeding heart DOPES who get these cretins released so they can prey upon society (and family members) again!

(And, yes. I’m a mean-spirited ConservaTarian, LOL!)

Even former DNC head, Gov. Dean, said there's a kind of murderer who will kill again, and the people who have to handle them know it.

This prisoner will eventually murder a guard, a visitor, a fellow white collar crime convict ~ somebody.

Dean said the only thing that happens when you commute their sentence is you save a killer you know for some innocent person you don't know.

He preferred the death penalty for that type of mad dog killer.

I have met two men who were on Death Row, one who made the walk to the death chamber twice, who are now free.

If you sentence people to death, you had better be damn sure that they committed the crime in question.

And the state must make their case, not withhold evidence or play games with jury selection.

If not, you are going to execute some innocent folks.

No, the crime is that in our political system no one’s accountable!

Oh heck! The defendant’s mother probably spent years trying to get her “baby” out of prison and justifying his criminal behavior.
