Hey give Bobby a break! Ya can't expect a politician to know about the Constitution? He's a 'what is good for the party, is good for me' type of guy. And besides, he is privileged since his daddy was governor once.....
His father was every bit as empty a suit as he is. How he got to be governor, or got reelected is a testimony to the fact that “low information voters” are not a new phenomenon.
