The film is available for streaming on Netflix. I freely admit it is geared toward teens...so the acting for the most part is a bit predictable....BUT the challenge of making a movie about the story of a minor prophet is formidable...and for someone who doesn't know the story of Hosea, it will make the book come alive.
The people of Hosea's day were a lot like Americans today: they refused to heed the warnings to turn back from their idolatry.
