The White House on Tuesday afternoon reached out to major philanthropic foundations not typically associated with gun control to gauge how much they are willing to get involved in President Obamas future gun violence prevention efforts, according to a person on the call.
The call, which featured Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Jonathan Greenblatt, the director of the White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation, and members of Vice President Bidens staff, was largely a listening session, according to the person on the call, who represents a foundation invited to participate.
The person said the call included the Open Society Institute, the McCormick Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the California Endowment. Those groups, which traditionally work in public health fields, have not previously been identified with major gun control efforts.

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, of Johnson & Johnson fame.
Supporters of the Affordable Healthcare Act. Wonder if they’ll support Obama in his gun grab. Wouldn’t be surprised.

these incremental gun controls will go through and we can stomp our feet, hold our breath until we turn blue, sign online petitions, and vote for the autocrat of our choice....and then go back to watching sports on TV or mowing the lawns of our mortgaged homes
If we do anything else that might make a difference we will be branded extremist terrorist insurgents who advocate the massacre of children

“Open Society Institute, the McCormick Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the California Endowment”
The above are probably funded by George SoreA$$.
They need to tread lightly here.
The NRA is not a 501C, and they could/might become one if they po enough of us.

And to those of you Patriots who decided to sit out this past presidential election, or threw your vote away to a 3rd Party Candidate...FU*K YOU!
You worthless Patriots helped to give Obama a 2nd term to finish the destruction he began in the first! What a bunch of self-centered, selfish bastards! You hold some responsibility for what we're now facing. You saw what Obama did his first term, yet you had more rage for Romney. Hope you're F-ing happy!
Simmer down FRiend. I think it's common knowledge that the election was stolen through numerous fraudulent means.

Our junior Connecticut congresscritters got blasted during their meeting in Hartford."We did three marches to the state Capitol on gun violence," said the Rev. Henry Brown, of Mothers United Against Violence. "I didn't see none of you folks."
Marichal Monts, pastor of the Citadel of Love in Hartford, said: "I'm not interested in having conversations that don't lead to action. It hurts that it has to happen in the suburbs to get everyone excited."

These outfits have been anti-gun all along. That the public doesn’t associate these organizations as disarmament advocates is testimony to the ability of organizations to work with stealth.
