Why the multiple signs...Almost reminds me of a BurmaShave signage. If put together with different punctuation would the message be different?
The multiple signs really makes no sense. All of that could be placed on one sign and still be read.

What’s that gold round thing on the left? A mirror? Merely zooming in, it looks like the reflection is showing newspaper clippings and pictures of persons. Maybe someone with software can work on it.
